NOTES: * You can use an Instant Pot using the sauté setting then the chili setting. To thicken after it cooks and the lid is removed, blend a tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of the chili liquid then stir that into the chili and sauté an additional minute or two. • Add smoked salt to taste before serving.
