Ivana Trump, businesswoman, fashion designer and first wife of Donald Trump, has died at 73.

Former President Donald Trump announced her death in a post on his social media site Truth Social on Thursday afternoon,

I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there are many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City. She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. She was so proud of them, as we were all so proud of her. Rest In Peace, Ivana!

Officials say she appears to have died of natural causes at her Manhattan apartment.

Ivana was married to Donald Trump from 1977 to 1992, their divorce became the subject of worldwide public interest when Donald’s affair with Marla Maples became public.

Her divorce made her a staple for spurned wives, even making an appearance in the 1996 film “The First Wives Club,” where she said the now famous line, “Don’t get mad, get everything.”
