Bragg says that former President Donald Trump engaged in a “Catch and kill scheme” and that trying to conceal a hush money payment to Stormy Daniels was “Suppressing negative information to help his chances of winning the 2016 election.”

The former President is expected to fly back to Florida and deliver remarks later Tuesday evening.
