Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is bringing his campaign to California on Monday. The Republican presidential candidate will attend several fundraising events, including a breakfast in Sacramento where a seat at a table is said to cost $3,300.
DeSantis and Governor Gavin Newsom are in the middle of a public feud over hot-button topics like abortion and immigration. California’s Attorney General is considering criminal charges against DeSantis for his role in flying three dozen South American migrants to Sacramento.
His visit also comes at the same time President Biden will be in Northern California on a three-day visit to locations the White House has yet to disclose.
