Daughter Of Dianne Feinstein Drops Suit Over Stinson Beach Home

The daughter of the late Senator Dianne Feinstein is dropping her lawsuit over her mother’s Stinson Beach home.  The move came after the property sold for more than nine-million dollars last week.

Feinstein owned the home in a joint property trust with husband Richard Blum who died in 2022.  After Blum’s death, his half of the trust was passed to Michael Klein, a longtime business associate.

Katherine Feinstein tried to sell the house as the senator faced growing medical expenses, but Klein’s lawyers accused her of trying to “hastily” sell the property to increase her own inheritance.
