Most Americans Cut Back on Shopping List

Most Americans are cutting back on their shopping list this holiday season. Monmouth Poll finds more than half of respondents won’t be splurging because of high prices, with pollster saying the rate of inflation may be slowing but the damage of rising prices has been done.

Despite cutting gift lists, Americans are taking part in full on holiday activities and even declaring their favorite cookies. America’s top Christmas Cookie is a sugar cookie, followed by gingerbread, chocolate chip, and snickerdoodle.
