Hunter Biden is set to be arraigned on tax charges in January.  Biden is expected to make his first appearance on the nine tax-related charges in Los Angeles on January 11th. 

Hunter Biden will be arraigned during the court appearance on three felony and six misdemeanor tax offenses handed down in an indictment filed earlier this month in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles

He faces a maximum penalty of 17 years in prison.
