The luxury cruise ship Queen Victoria docked at a San Francisco pier after over 100 passengers and crew fell ill with an unknown illness.

Departing from Florida on January 22, the ship was bound for Hawaii with a stopover in San Francisco. Among the 1,824 passengers and crew, 128 passengers and 25 crew reported gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting.

The CDC is investigating the outbreak, while Cunard Cruise Line has implemented increased cleaning, isolation of ill individuals, and other preventative measures.

The ship is scheduled to depart from San Francisco tonight and is expected to reach Honolulu by February 12.
