Vallejo’s Target Store Closed Its Doors After an Individual Set a Fire Inside, Resulting in $1 Million Worth of Damage

A fire that erupted inside a Target store on Admiral Callaghan Lane in Vallejo on Saturday has prompted its closure on Sunday.

The blaze, which broke out just before 3 p.m., caused an estimated $1 million in damages, according to the Vallejo Fire Department.

Authorities are investigating the incident as arson, as video footage captured flames engulfing part of the store’s paper towel aisle.
