Los Angeles leads the list of cities most people are leaving. That’s according to moving and storage company PODs annual exodus list. It has L.A. as the number-one city people are leaving with the San Francisco area at number two. The list cites the obvious reasons including high cost of living, high housing prices, increased natural disaster risk, and high taxes. The cost of living in L.A. and the state is nearly 50-percent above the national average. The median cost of a home is nearly double the national average with an average mortgage payment of 55-hundred dollars a month.
