Three people, including a child, are recovering after a small plane crash-landed at a busy San Jose intersection. The San Jose Police Department says officers responded Saturday afternoon after a single-engine propeller plane made an emergency landing near Interstate 680. Two adults and a child aboard the aircraft were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities say no one on the ground was hurt. The emergency landing brought attention to the busy intersection as officials responded to the crash and assessed the situation. Investigators are now working to determine what caused the plane to come down. Officials have not released additional details about the aircraft or the circumstances that led to the emergency landing. The incident remains under investigation. Authorities have not said whether mechanical problems or other factors contributed to the crash. Despite the potentially dangerous situation, all three people aboard the plane survived, and no other injuries were reported at the scene.
