A suspect in last Friday’s deadly shooting at a Spirit Halloween store in Fairfield is now in custody. Police say the 17-year-old was arrested Monday at a home in Suisun City. A school resource officer identified him shortly after the shooting. Investigators say the suspect entered the store at Solano Town Center Friday night and opened fire on an intended target, striking seven people. Thirty-one-year-old Constance Hages, who was pregnant, was killed. The six other victims, ranging in age from 16 to [age not provided], were injured.
