An Oakland man is in the hospital after being shot and robbed after he had a medical emergency while driving his own car. Andre Buchanan was driving to a store when he suffered an epileptic seizure and crashed into a parked car. His family says Buchanan hit another car further down the street after having another seizure, and that’s when someone inside that vehicle pulled out a gun, robbed Buchanan at gunpoint and then shot him in the leg. The suspect allegedly made off with Buchanan’s wallet and phone. Police are investigating the incident.
