One GOP senator believes a border security deal won’t happen until after the first of the year. Speaking on NBC’s Meet the Press, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina was blunt when he slammed President Biden’s border policy, saying the president has “obliterated” the border.
Graham has been a staunch supporter of providing aid to Ukraine and Israel, and said he still supports the two countries “100-thousand-percent.” But he was also quick to say that national security experts should have the “same vigor and energy” to fix a broken border.
Graham blamed what he called “border chaos” on the Biden administration abandoning former President Trump’s border policies.
