A couple accused of trying to block and chase federal immigration agents in South Los Angeles is now facing federal charges.  The alleged incident happened earlier this year, as the immigration agents were serving a search warrant.  Prosecutors say 28-year-old Gustavo Torres and 34-year-old Kiara Jaime-Flores used their cars to try to impede and pursue immigration agents. On Wednesday, they were each charged with conspiracy to impede or injure officers.
