Baltic is in a foster home! Contact foster@sfspca.org to meet him. Baltic is full of energy and would love it if you gave him a hard rubber ball to chase. He will readily bring it back to you and sit, awaiting another toss! He is a bit shy to start, but with patience he will blossom as a great pet. He needs your help in improving his leash walking but be assured he is happy to be out and is keen to make you happy. He has a short, neat coat that shines in the sun. He is waiting to complete your family, so please come meet him!
