Trump Releases Statement After Being Denied Access to Colorado Ballot

YouTube, @Fox News.

Former President Trump says the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court to ban him from the state’s 2024 Presidential ballot is a “completely flawed decision.”  The Colorado Supreme Court said on Tuesday he violated the 14th Amendment’s “insurrectionist ban” on January 6th, 2021.

Trump had earlier won similar cases in Michigan and Minnesota, and he will be on the ballot in those states.  He added in the statement that Democratic Party leaders are in a “state of paranoia” over the “growing, dominant lead President Trump has amassed in the polls.”

Trump went on to say in the statement that he will swiftly file an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, which would mean his name would automatically remain on the ballot until resolved.
