Another 11 California counties are getting help to recover from February storms.  Governor Newsom expanded last month’s state of emergency to include Alameda, Butte, Glenn, Lake, Mendocino, Monterey, Sacramento, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Sonoma and Sutter.

Five of them are also part of his request for a Presidential Major Disaster Declaration due to widespread flooding and mudslides.

The four others are Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
