A man is behind bars on suspicion of taking a severed lower leg from the site of a deadly train collision in Kern County. It happened last week, after an Amtrak train hit and killed a pedestrian in Wasco, just north of Bakersfield.

A viral social media video shows a man walking down the street, while carrying what appears to be a severed leg and foot. At one point in the video, the man bends over and appears to sniff the leg. He is facing several charges.
