The Golden State is getting 21 years to prepare for the next big celestial event.  Many here caught yesterday’s solar eclipse.  Watch parties were held all over and stunning photos are blowing up social media, showing about 35-percent coverage of the sun.  But in August of 2045, a bigger section of the country will be covered by a total solar eclipse.  And this time, California will be in the path as it stretches from the West Coast to the East Coast.
