Changes are coming to Bay Area buses to protect drivers.  The San Mateo County Transit District, known as SamTrans, says its 320 operators routinely deal with verbal and physical attacks, with 14 cases of assaults reported last year.

Violators could be removed from a bus or banned altogether.
