San Diego Police have detained three juveniles at Torrey Pines Elementary School after finding materials to make Molotov cocktails.  According to police, the event happened on March 30th during lunch.  Officers spotted three juveniles running away from the school to a nearby canyon. 

The Air Borne Law Enforcement helicopter was dispatched and located the trio of kids.  SDPD officials found a cache of materials to make Molotov cocktails on campus.  The juveniles were detained and later released to their patents. 

The Metro Arson Strike Team was dispatched to the scene and is now handling the investigation.
