Arizona GOP Rep. Paul Gosar on Friday joined the ranks of conservatives trying to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson.

The lawmaker signed on to Georgia GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s proposal to boot Johnson after Democrats cast the necessary votes to start debate on a multipart foreign aid plan that has riled the GOP’s right flank, Politico reported.

Gosar followed Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., in supporting Greene.
